Online Business einfach automatisieren – Podcast Interview mit Heidi Kuls
Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich – Katrin – die Ehre, dass Heidi Kuls mich zu einem Interview für ihren Podcast “Coachinggeflüster” eingeladen hatte.
Bei diesem super sympathischen und spannenden Gespräch hatte ich die Gelegenheit, mit Heidi über unsere Erfahrungen im Online Business zu plaudern.
Wie wir es geschafft haben, mit unserem eigenen Online Business unseren großen Traum vom Leben als Digitale Nomaden zu realisieren.
Und über unsere speziell entwickelte Plattform, mit der du eine ganze Reihe wiederkehrender Business & Marketing Prozesse einfach automatisieren und massig Zeit und Nerven sparen kannst.

Heidi stellte mir zunächst eine Frage über unseren Hintergrund. Und wie wir zur Gründung unserer Webagentur YEAH-Brands gekommen sind.
Ich erzählte ihr, dass mein Mann und ich bereits vor über 20 Jahren unsere Webagentur gegründet haben. Damals steckte das Thema “Webseite für Unternehmen” noch in ziemlichen Kinderschuhen. Wir waren regelrechte Pioniere und programmierten anfangs Websites noch selbst per Hand mit HTML-Code. Da darf man heute gar nicht mehr dran denken, wie oldschool und umständlich das alles war… 😅🙈
Unser großer Traum war es jedoch schon immer, als digitale Nomaden zu leben, um von überall auf der Welt aus arbeiten zu können.
Heidi zeigte sich recht beeindruckt von unserer Vision. Und wollte mehr über unsere Kunden und die Dienstleistungen erfahren, mit denen wir diesen Traum wahr gemacht haben.
Ich erklärte ihr, dass wir darauf spezialisiert sind, Online Unternehmer und Coaches bei der technischen Umsetzung ihres Business zu unterstützen.
Viele Unternehmer und Unternehmerinnen sind brillant in ihrem Fachgebiet, haben aber so ihr liebes Leid mit der Technik. (Vielleicht erkennst du dich da sogar wieder?) Wir bieten daher vor allem Lösungen, damit sie sich auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können, während wir uns um den Technik Kram kümmern.
Heidi wollte dann genauer wissen, wie wir es geschafft haben, das Online Business mit der Freiheit des digitalen Nomadentums zu verbinden.
Ich gab ihr also einen Einblick, dass wir uns in den letzten Monaten auf die Entwicklung einer Plattform konzentriert haben, die viele wiederkehrende Prozesse und Abläufe im Online Business einfach automatisieren kann.
Dabei werden auf WordPress Basis beispielsweise die Kundenverwaltung, Social Media Aktivitäten, E-Mail-Marketing, der Verkauf von Produkten und Online Kursen, das Onboarding, die Rechnungsstellung und Zahlungsabwicklung, und noch so einiges mehr vollautomatisch im Hintergrund der eigenen Webseite erledigt. Ohne kompliziert gefühlt 348 verschiedene Tool bedienen und verknüpfen zu müssen.
Genau mit dieser genial simplen Möglichkeit zur Automatisierung haben wir uns selbst die Grundlage für unsere eigene Freiheit geschaffen. Und geben diese jetzt auch an unsere Kunden weiter.
Heidi erkundigte sich auch nach der Herausforderung, die technische Umsetzung des Buiness für Coaches und Online Unternehmer einfacher zu gestalten. Die sich ohne entsprechende Vorkenntnisse oft sehr schwer tun mit dem ganzen Technik Gedöns.
Weil genau das unser Ziel ist, erklärte ich ihr, dass wir aus diesem Grund nicht nur Tools und Videokurse anbieten. Und die Kunden dann mit der Umsetzung alleine lassen. Sondern darüber hinaus auch eine umfassende Betreuung. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden in persönlichen Coachings und Gruppencalls, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht nur die Tools verstehen, sondern sie auch effektiv nutzen können.
Die Besonderheit dabei:
Dass wir die grundlegende technische Einrichtung für unsere Kunden übernehmen. Um diesen komplizierten Technik Kram brauchen sie sich also gar nicht kümmern.
Und sie dann Schritt für Schritt durch den Prozess der Umsetzung führen, wie sie viele Bereiche ihres Business einfach automatisieren. Die Kunden können in ihrem eigenen Tempo lernen. Und haben uns für jegliche Hilfestellung immer an ihrer Seite.
Also eine Kombi aus Technik done FOR you und Umsetzung done WITH you.
Mit der jeder einfach automatisieren kann. Und bei der niemand auf der Strecke bleibt.
Heidi fragte auch nach der Flexibilität unseres Systems. Und ob wir auch individuelle Anpassungen vornehmen können.
Ich bestätigte ihr, dass wir selbstverständlich auf die Anforderungen unserer Kunden eingehen und individuelle Lösungen bieten. Unser Ansatz basiert nicht auf einem starren Schema F, das angeblich für alle funktioniert. Das tut es nämlich keineswegs. Sondern auf dem Verständnis, auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Im weiteren Verlauf des Interviews diskutierten wir noch über die Vorteile unserer Plattform, wie beispielsweise die Unabhängigkeit von Drittanbietern und die einfache Skalierbarkeit.
Abschließend war es mir außerdem wichtig zu betonen, dass es keine Grenzen gibt. Und es sich niemals lohnt, seine Träume aufzugeben. Vor allem nicht, wegen einiger technischer Hürden, die mit etwas Unterstützung EASY zu meistern sind.
